Terms of Service
Effective October 24, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of flyorbitcam.com and the Orbit Cam airborne law enforcement training simulators (together, the "Service"), provided by grayscale strategy llc ("we", "us"). By creating an account, making a purchase or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who the Service is for
Orbit Cam is a training simulator for airborne law enforcement and public-safety personnel, and for people learning those skills. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you use the Service on behalf of an agency or organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
2. Training use only
Orbit Cam is a simulation for training and familiarization. It is not certified flight, navigation or mission equipment, and it must not be used for real-world operations, navigation or decision-making. Aircraft performance, sensor behavior, map data and scenarios are approximations and may differ from real equipment and conditions. Always follow your agency's policies, training and procedures.
3. Your account
- Keep your login details private. Each account is for one person; do not share it.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away at info@flyorbitcam.com if you think it has been used without permission.
- Agency or team plans cover the number of users purchased. Each user needs their own login.
4. License
Subject to these Terms and any plan you purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the simulators included in your plan, through your web browser, for your own training. Access to specific simulators depends on your plan.
The Service, including the simulators, software, graphics, designs, text and branding, is owned by grayscale strategy llc and protected by copyright and other laws. Aircraft names and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.
5. What you may not do
- Copy, download for redistribution, reproduce, modify, resell, sublicense or share the simulators or their files, in whole or in part.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract the source code, except where the law expressly allows it.
- Remove or alter copyright notices, serial numbers or other proprietary markings.
- Bypass or interfere with login, access controls or security features, or access simulators that are not part of your plan.
- Use the Service unlawfully, or in a way that harms the Service or other users.
6. Plans, billing and renewal
- Prices and plan details are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (for example, monthly) until canceled. Your payment method is charged at the start of each period.
- We may change prices for future billing periods. We will give you notice by email before a price change applies to your subscription.
- Agencies that need an invoice or purchase order instead of card payment can contact us at info@flyorbitcam.com.
7. Cancellation and refunds
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
- If you were charged in error, or something went wrong with a purchase, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will review it and make it right where appropriate.
8. Free demo
The 2-minute demo on our home page is provided free, as is, so you can try the Service. We may change or remove it at any time.
9. Changes to the Service
We regularly update the simulators and may add, change or remove features, aircraft or scenarios. If we discontinue a simulator that is part of your paid plan, we will let you know and may offer a replacement or a pro-rated credit.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, for example by sharing access or copying simulator files. You may close your account at any time by canceling your plan and contacting us.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device or browser.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, grayscale strategy llc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, unless the law requires otherwise.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date, and notify account holders of significant changes by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
